1. Production Time
All of our products are made to order and not kept in stock.
- Each piece is custom crafted upon request.
- Production time typically takes between 7 to 21 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and volume of orders.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Once your item is completed, it will be prepared for shipping.
- Shipping time begins after production is completed.
- Delivery duration depends entirely on the destination country and local courier services.
- MADAME & Co cannot guarantee or predict exact delivery times once the item has been shipped. Delays due to customs or local postal systems are beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping.
- All international orders are shipped with a tracking number.
- Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Confirmation
- Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours after your order has shipped, please contact us.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist with tracking but cannot take responsibility for delays or loss caused by third-party carriers.
