6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our jewelry:

• We do not offer refunds or returns for products that were created, customized, or sent to clients.
• If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will repair or replace the item based on our assessment.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
